The hotel is well priced and I loved it. The staff were attentive and the service was great. The rooms were immaculately clean and had an amazing view. Having central heating, a refrigerator, and a work desk was very convenient. The location by the lake was unbeatable and convenient to go everywhere. The food was good.

The staff was helpful and held onto a forgotten pillow. Rooms were comfortable and the location is convenient to downtown, the ferry, and a mall. The breakfast included a bag with water, an apple, and a snack bar, as well as a discount coupon for a nearby restaurant. Beachfront access was a pleasant surprise.

We had to go to the Hampton Inn to take an elevator to the second floor of the Comfort Inn where are room was located.. No inside stairways to the rooms, The breakfast area was small and felt very cramped. The ward robe was silly - why wasn't the open space next to the door being used as a closet? It had enough space to place the ironing board and iron, plus enough area to hang clothes. Why,, like other hotels we have stayed in, wasn't there an information sheet or booklet as to the amenities of the hotel i.e where breakfast was served, hotel floor plan. how to access the lake beach, etc.? .

I've had a very nice stay on a two week vacation. I loved the impeccably clean and cheap rooms and attentive staff. The location was absolutely perfect, next to nearby restaurants, the ferries, and all the dining and shopping areas and ferry boat docks to Mackinaw Island. It was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

comfort inn in mackinaw city exceeded our expectations during our group visit. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. the rooms were clean, beds comfy, and staff friendly. the indoor pool was a bonus for the kids. overall, a great stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Lake Huron. It's conveniently located next to shops, restaurants, and gift shops.

Also, location was absolutely perfect, at a short distance from Spy Quest Laser Maze Game Store. The queen room was cheap, it included central heating, a refrigerator and a work desk. It had comfortable beds and a spectacular view of the beach.
